Preschool Teacher / After School Teacher

My name is Brigitta, and I am from Italy. My favorite food is pizza, of course, and I have been living in Japan for about two and a half years. I have teaching experience working with both preschool and primary school children in Italian and international educational settings in Japan. I have supported children’s social, emotional, and academic development, always doing my best to create child-centered learning environments that value curiosity, autonomy, and respect for each child’s individuality in every situation. I am very interested in the Reggio Approach and am truly looking forward to exploring it more deeply with the team. I am excited to begin this new adventure and to contribute positively to the school community. In addition, I have a strong interest in music and dance, especially classical ballet, which I believe can be meaningful tools for self-expression, creativity, and holistic child development. I am looking forward to meeting the children and their families and to building a warm and supportive relationship together. I hope to create a safe and joyful environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to grow.
