Enroll on Your Timeline, Not the School Year's
We know families like yours don't always arrive — or leave — on Japan's usual April-to-March school-year schedule. Here's how we make that easier.

Enroll From Just One Month
Only in Tokyo for a short while? You can enroll for as little as one month — no need to commit to a full term or school year.

Start Mid-Year, Anytime
There's no need to wait for April. Mid-year entry is always welcome, whenever your family arrives in Tokyo — space permitting.

Pay Once, Return Anytime
Pay the enrollment fee once and you're welcome back anytime while your child is still age-eligible — even after time away for a posting elsewhere (subject to availability).

Five Steps to Enrollment
From your first tour to your child's first day — here's what to expect.

STEP 1
Tour & Information Session
See our classrooms in person and hear about our teaching philosophy and curriculum. Bring any questions about your family's situation — we're used to talking these through. -
STEP 2
Trial
Join a real class alongside our students, together with your child. Trial sessions run on Tuesdays, 10:00–11:00 AM, at our Toritsudai-Yakumo campus, and on the second Saturday of each month, 10:00–11:00 AM, at Nakameguro (dates vary) — free, reservation required. -
STEP 3
Application
Submit our application form, telling us your preferred campus and start date. -
STEP 4
Contract
We confirm availability against your preferences and move forward with securing your child's place (if a class is full, we'll offer a spot on our waiting list). We'll also walk you through what to bring and what your child's schedule will look like. -
STEP 5
Enrollment
We help your child settle in at their own pace, whatever that looks like. Mid-year starts are always welcome.
