A hybrid program pairing a living English class that builds real speaking and reading ability with an art-inquiry class that builds non-cognitive skills. We practice the Reggio Approach, using a wide range of materials to spark curiosity and creativity.
Ages: kindergarten years / Mon–Fri 2:00 PM–5:00 PM (extended care to 6:00 PM)

No need to change your child's kindergarten; spend just the after-school hours with us. Starts from 1 day a week, and the enrollment fee is only ¥33,000. Days per week can be adjusted later to fit your family.
Walking pick-up is available within about 1 km of campus, so it fits even a busy weekday.

Inquiry Learning That Explores Science and Everyday Life Through Art
Not just drawing and crafts — we explore the everyday wonders of science, biology, and life through art, building observation, thinking, and creativity. Working from a monthly theme, children aren't copying a model — they're asked "what do you want to make?" and "how can you make it happen?", building the ability to think for themselves and shape ideas into form.
Going deep on whatever sparks a child's interest, through trial and error, builds initiative, self-expression, and grit. We share progress with an end-of-term assessment sheet.
02 English Class
Building "I Said It!" Moments Through Play and Expression
What matters most in early English learning isn't accuracy — it's the desire to communicate. Phonics, alphabet games, and picture-book reading build the natural connection between English sounds and letters, while children rack up small wins of "I said it!" and "I was understood!" It's not studying English — it's playing, thinking, and expressing in English, building the foundation for real speaking and reading ability.
A 3-Step Approach Built for Kindergarten Age
- Learn Sounds First Through Phonics (Input) Early childhood is a rare window for naturally picking up the sounds of a language; phonics and alphabet games build the connection between English sounds and letters, playfully.
- Build Vocabulary and Thinking Through Books and Conversation (Comprehension) Picture-book reading and conversation with native-English-speaking teachers exposes children to living English, building the foundation for thinking and understanding in the language.
- Think and Express in English (Output) Children use the words and phrases they've learned to build stories and give presentations, building expression and confidence through repeated moments of "I got it across in English!"

From the second year, an annual fee of ¥22,000 applies (waived for the following year for enrollments in October or later). A heating/cooling fee (twice a year) and an insurance fee (once a year) are charged separately. Each weekday class opens with an enrollment of five or more children. A sibling discount (15% off tuition, up to ¥15,000) is available.

Monthly tuition is paid by Aplus bank direct-debit or bank transfer. We do not accept credit card payment. The "Sukusuku Aido" employee-benefits voucher is also accepted through the Benefit Station program (available from our second year of operation; the discount amount depends on your employer).

What does my child learn in Kindergarten After School?
A combined program of English, art, and inquiry learning. Rather than just memorizing English, we value thinking, expressing, and collaborating with friends — in English.
Does this prepare my child for elementary school?
Yes. Beyond early literacy and numeracy, we build the ability to think independently, listen, share opinions, and see things through — foundations for elementary school and beyond.
How much reading and writing will my child pick up?
It varies by age and experience, but grows from phonics toward simple words and sentences. What matters most is building the desire to read and write, not being made to.
What's the difference from Elementary After School?
Kindergarten After School emphasizes enjoying and using English, and self-expression. Elementary After School adds more academic elements, like reading, writing, and presentations.
What are the benefits of mixed-age classes?
Younger children are inspired by older ones, and older children learn to look out for younger ones — naturally building communication skills and social awareness.
